Participants will work indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. Each person should bring a sketchbook\, drawing pencils (2B\, 4B and 6B)\, as well as a soft eraser. With Ayurvedic teas and a yoga practice to heat and getting us moving\, we will feel lighter and more energized to face the warmer month ahead. We will be sampling some teas that are non-caffeinated and loaded with healing spices. Recipes will be available\, and you will be taking your own personalized tea home with you.\n\nWe will be doing a yoga practice that is appropriate for this season of kapha\, so wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat. We will have some mats and props available too. All are welcome.
