DESCRIPTION:Staying Cool and Calm with Yoga and Ayurveda\n\n\nSaturday\, August 3rd\n9:00 am – 12:00 pm\n10 participant max\n$25/participant\nLed by Joy Lawrence\n\n\nApplying the ancient wisdom of Yoga and her sister science Ayurveda\, we will turn down the summer heat. Join us as we do a morning walk in the labyrinth\, followed by learning how to make a season-appropriate Ayurvedic spiced tea in our barn. As the tea chills\, we will do a one-hour yoga practice\, consisting of yoga poses and breath work. We will enjoy some refreshing spiced tea at the end of our practice and walk away feeling cool\, calm and collected.\n\nPlease bring your yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have them. We will have some provided for use too.

DESCRIPTION:Home School Adventure Days\n3rd Wednesday of the month\n1:00 – 3:00 pm \n$5/student \nAll ages welcome. Come learn and explore! Join us for seasonal activities each month. On this day we will be focusing on maple sugaring. We will be seeing how trees are tapped\, and learning how sap is turned into syrup! There will be walking to the sugar bush area in the woods and watching the evaporator boil the maple sap. Because of the walking involved and the heat of the evaporator\, this month we are asking that younger\, mobile accompanying siblings be of an age to comply with safety rules\, so they do not accidentally touch something hot. \n  \nRegistration is required. \n  \n
