DESCRIPTION:Elementary: Home School Adventure Days\n3rd Wednesday of the month\n1:00 – 3:00 pm \n$5/student \nProgramming from 1:00 – 3:00 is designed for grades 1-5th grade students (6 years and older). Students older than this are welcome in our middle school program which is held from 9:30 am – 11:30 pm the same day. If you have younger students\, please see our Young Learner Adventure program which takes place on a different rotating day.  While a tagalong outside of this age range is permitted\, the programming will be geared towards the educational needs and interests of 1st – 5th graders. \n  \n

Join us at the labyrinth as we celebrate the rebirth of the year in our lives. \n\n\n\nLabyrinth walks are times for quiet reflection. Due to their nature\, silent walking is encouraged. Our labyrinth is located on Wengert Road\, at the second drive to the right. Please wear comfortable shoes. Everyone is welcome! No previous meditation experience or experience walking labyrinths is required. \nLearn more about labyrinths! DESCRIPTION:This program is at capacity.\n—–\nYoga & Ayurvedic Tea\nSaturday\, March 22nd\n9:00 am – 11:00 am\n10 participant max\n$20/participant\nLed by Joy Lawrence\n\n\n\n\nIt is important to get rid of the heaviness and inertia that builds inside us as we leave the winter months behind. With Ayurvedic teas and a yoga practice to heat and getting us moving\, we will feel lighter and more energized to face the warmer month ahead. We will be sampling some teas that are non-caffeinated and loaded with healing spices. Recipes will be available\, and you will be taking your own personalized tea home with you.\n\nWe will be doing a yoga practice that is appropriate for this season of kapha\, so wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat. We will have some mats and props available too. All are welcome.
