Tai Chi is well known for its ability to improve the well-being and health of persons who practice consistently.  It also benefits balance while moving and stationary. Grace will lead a session explaining core moves and principles of Tai Chi\, linking them to improved balance. \nWe will learn a variety of balance movements with variations that you can enjoy at home.  (Bring water\, wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes.
