DESCRIPTION:Gentle Tai Chi\nWednesday\, April 30th\n10:00 – 12:o0 pm\n$10\n8 participants maximum\nLed by Grace Franklin\n\nGentle Tai Chi movements that enhance flexibility\, balance and calmness.\n\nTai Chi movements are slow\, gentle\, and repetitive. They require no special equipment\, don’t take a lot of time\, and leave you feeling good! Regular practice of Tai Chi benefits balance\, flexibility\, memory\, coordination\, and vitality. \n\nLearn basic postures and fundamentals in a light-hearted but serious way.  You will learn about core principles of Tai Chi\, easy warm-up and cool-down exercises\, and a short flow form.  Class handouts will help you practice on your own at home. \nYour teacher and guide Grace Franklin has been practicing since 2008 with Living Tao lineage teachers Chungliang Al Huang\, Cielle Tewksbury and Dan Jones.
