Tai Chi is well known for its ability to improve the well-being and health of persons who practice consistently.  It also benefits balance while moving and stationary. Grace will lead a session explaining core moves and principles of Tai Chi\, linking them to improved balance. \nWe will learn a variety of balance movements with variations that you can enjoy at home.  (Bring water\, wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes. Bring along a yoga mat if you have one. There will be some that can be borrowed if you do not have one. \n\nPersons who are unsteady on their feet or who have challenges with balance should consult with a physician before registering for this class.
